You may use The Travel Venn to explore travel directions, create private rooms, and review available planning products. Keep your account credentials private and provide accurate room details. You are responsible for the people you invite and for sharing invitation links only with intended participants.

Trip Rooms support travel discussion and planning. They do not guarantee travel availability, pricing, supplier terms, visa eligibility, safety, accessibility at a destination, or a particular travel outcome.

Do not use the service to harass, impersonate, mislead, interfere with another person’s access, collect participant information, or try to identify which person selected a particular preference. Do not upload or enter unlawful, harmful, or confidential information that you do not have permission to share.

Do not attempt to bypass sign-in, room membership, invitation limits, or other product safeguards. The Travel Venn may limit access to protect people, rooms, or the service.

Checkout is provided through the platform-hosted payment flow. Product availability, price, and checkout terms are shown before payment. Any supplier booking, travel service, or third-party destination product may have separate terms and policies.
